The Role
You will be the warm and organised force behind our marketing activity, making sure campaigns land on time, on brand and on brief.
Day to day, you will be:
* Coordinating integrated campaigns across digital, social, influencer and paid channels
* Translating briefs into clear timelines, task ownership and delivery milestones
* Managing creative asset trafficking, approvals and deployment across platforms
* Executing email campaigns in close partnership with our Digital Marketing team
* Supporting influencer coordination including briefing, logistics, tracking and performance
* Maintaining campaign documentation, reporting frameworks and dashboards
* Updating website and digital merchandising assets to support launches
* Conducting quality control reviews to protect brand consistency at every touchpoint
* Building strong relationships with external agencies, media partners and vendors
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the impact it creates. You will feel right at home if you:
* Bring 3+ years of experience in a marketing coordination or campaign support role
* Have worked within eCommerce, retail or consumer brands (highly regarded)
* Take real pride in project coordination and the kind of attention to detail that others notice
* Can juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool or your quality
* Understand how digital channels work together including email, social and paid
* Have experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google or Shopify (a bonus)
* Communicate warmly and clearly with stakeholders at every level
* Have a commercial mindset and a genuine appreciation for what premium brand positioning means
