This is a dynamic, hands-on role working with road maintenance crews on Local Government projects across Victoria. You will be a key member of the team delivering essential road maintenance activities that keep local roads safe.
You'll be working on a variety of tasks and assets, including:
* Operating specialised plant and equipment used for line marking and bitumen sprays.
* General manual handling tasks (shovelling, raking, sweeping, and heavy lifting)
* Prep road surfaces for asphalt and sealing.
* Making sure all work is completed safely, correctly, and to a high standard.
About you:
You are a reliable, physically fit, and highly adaptable individual who thrives in an outdoor team environment and always puts safety first.
* Ability to perform physically demanding manual work.
* A solid commitment to Work Health and Safety.
* Must hold a current White Card (Construction Induction Card) and Traffic Management Ticket.
* Must have your own Medium Rigid Driver's Licence.
