Attractive hourly pay rate of $ 65 to $ 73.50 per hour super 7 hours a day 35 hours a week Hybrid work arrangements (WFH Parramatta) PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the administration and successful delivery of projects related to social housing, organisational programs and other special projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects and services. Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected; managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and services provided. Project delivery including contractor and supplier engagement and management, contribute to, and where required lead, projects addressing program design, valuation and impact assessment. Co-ordinate, and as appropriate lead, project specific internal and external stakeholder meetings. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience in supporting government projects. Must be a proactive and responsive communicator with experience in Agile task prioritisation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite products. Must be a team player. Contractor management and procurement experience would be useful but not mandatory.
