School Holiday Program Facilitator Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to develop and deliver a fun and engaging recreational program for children during school holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement high-quality activities that meet National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning and Development requirements.
* Foster physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and creative development in children through interactive and age-appropriate programs.
* Support the implementation of positive behaviour guidance strategies for children with additional needs.
* Lead teams to deliver educational programs that exceed expectations.
About You:
* You hold a qualification in Children's Services or a related field and have several years of experience in similar roles.
* You possess a First Aid Certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis, ensuring the safety and well-being of our participants.
* You have excellent leadership skills and can build effective educator teams.
* You understand child developmental needs at primary school level and are committed to upholding child safety standards.
