The Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a capable Draftsperson to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis, supporting Town Planning and Survey drafting across a range of development projects.
* Prepare subdivision plans, master plans, LDPs, subdivision designs and feature surveys
* Support planning and development research, including R-Codes and scheme reviews
* Coordinate with planning, survey and delivery teams to meet project milestones
* Ensure high-quality, accurate and well-presented documentation
About You
* Experience in drafting within planning, surveying or development
* Knowledge of the WA planning framework and subdivision processes
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD and survey drafting software
