Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting clients, managing bookings, creating purchase orders, preparing invoices, providing information, managing queries, and coordinating facilities. You will also support the Executive Support Staff, Managers, Board Members, Executive team, and Senior Leadership group with high-quality administrative support.Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and a commitment to Anglicare NT's values are essential.
