Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic direction to a range of critical community-focused programs.
* Lead culturally responsive teams and ensure compliance with best-practice models and Quality Improvement Council standards.
Critical Programs Management:
1. Manage the delivery of multiple key initiatives, including drug education programs, outreach services, and shelter operations.
2. Oversight responsibility for team rostering, training performance management stakeholders engagement incident management data collection reporting facilitating regular meetings maintaining staff morale delivering culturally safe services representing DASA in community events participating on-call management rotating approx. every 6 weeks managing program budgets purchasing approvals contributing to monthly leadership reports."],
