**Requirements:**
* Prior experience in sales, preferably in a phone-based environment, although not essential.
* Knowledge of commercial insurance or other insurance products would be advantageous, but not required.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
* A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering top-notch experiences on every interaction.
