About the Role
- Part time position
- Working in our Toddler room, children aged 1 – 2 yrs
- Open to Diploma Educators
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the daily care routines and programmes for individual children and/or groups
- Build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their caregivers
About the Service
- Based in the suburb of Para Hills
- Weekly excursions
- Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child\'s development and fostering a sense of active participation
- Stunning single story 82 place service within walking distance to cafe’s local shops
- Opening hours of the service are - 6:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday
- Strong management team to coach and guide you through your career

About You
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (Essential)
- Experience in working as an Educator in a childcare service for 2 years
- A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Have strong communication skills written and verbal
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
- Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child\'s individual needs and interests
