ACRWORLD are working exclusively with a well established Strata Company in Sydney, where they have an exciting opportunity for a Strata Administrator to join their team.
**About the role**:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Liaising with owners/agents about accounts matters
- Create section 182 certificates
- Processing invoices
- Assisting with work orders and following up with external contractors
- All other ad hoc admin duties within the office
**About you**:
- Previous experience in Strata/ Property industry
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
