What You'll Do:
* Provide high-quality, practical IR/ER advice to stakeholders nationally
* Partner with leaders to create commercial and people-centric solutions
* Lead and support investigations, disputes and case management
* Represent Protech at Fair Work conciliations
* Support shaping and implementing the national IR strategy
* Contribute to enterprise agreement planning, implementation & execution
* Uplift IR capability across the business
What You'll Bring:

* IR / ER background with intention of gaining deeper IR exposure
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
