Join our Pilbara Network & Projects team as a Transmission Electrician, where no two days look the same. From maintaining high voltage assets to commissioning new equipment and resolving complex network faults, you'll play a key role in keeping energy flowing safely and reliably to customers and industry across the region.
Your Impact
Carry out installation, inspection, testing and commissioning of transmission network equipment and associated secondary and protection systems. Perform routine and corrective maintenance on high voltage transmission assets to ensure safety, compliance, and system reliability. Troubleshoot network issues, respond to faults, and contribute to restoration activities during unplanned outages. Support planning and scheduling activities, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and in line with safety and operational requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement of transmission asset management practices, procedures, and work programs.
Your Expertise
Current unrestricted WA Electrical Workers Licence (mandatory). Experience working on high voltage transmission assets - including field operations, commissioning, maintenance, or protection systems. Practical understanding of HV switching, electrical protection, and transmission network safety requirements. Ability to interpret technical drawings, standards, and network procedures with a strong focus on quality and compliance. Strong commitment to safe working practices, teamwork, and delivering reliable technical outcomes in challenging environments.
