Join our Customer Service team and shape the way Stockland communicates with customers throughout the journey from deposit to settlement and beyond. Your work will make a meaningful impact on how customers receive information, stay engaged and feel supported during one of the most important decisions in their lives.
We're Looking For
An experienced communicator who can craft clear, engaging and customer-centred content across email, social and digital channels.
What You'll Do
* Deliver personalised and helpful customer communications across the full homebuyer journey from deposit to settlement.
* Create and deliver EDMs, customer updates, social posts and service content that meet Stockland brand guidelines.
* Manage communications across multiple channels including email, SMS, social and self-service website experiences.
* Partner closely with Development, Marketing, Project Management, Sales, and the broader Customer Service teams to source information and ensure timely responses.
* Support customers by ensuring all content is easy to understand and written with empathy and clarity.
* Maintain excellent attention to detail including grammar, punctuation and tone, ensuring consistency across all communication touchpoints.
* Work autonomously, manage workflow and proactively take initiative to get things done.
* Use CRM, and digital tools to build and deliver communications and support reporting and continuous improvement.

Experience and Skills That Count
* Experience delivering customer communications across digital channels including EDMs and social
* Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor content to different customer groups including older audiences, culturally diverse customers, and first-time buyers.
* Experience using CRM, marketing automation and social management tools.
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and build strong partnerships.
* Comfortable working autonomously with strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
* Ability to anticipate customer questions, concerns and emotional moments particularly during contract, build and settlement milestones.
