Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Consultant to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, assessing client financial needs and recommending appropriate funding solutions, negotiating with lenders and presenting loan applications, managing the loan process from application to settlement, and staying updated on industry regulations and market trends.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in banking/finance or as an independent mortgage/finance broker – minimum 2 years
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Knowledge of financial products, lending processes, and regulatory requirements
* Certificate IV in Finance Broking (Diploma in Mortgage Broking and Finance preferred)
* Member of either FBAA or MFAA preferred
