About the Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our friendly Dubbo team.
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for customers — handling inbound enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders and coordinating with production and logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
This is a fast-paced, team-focused role where you'll have the chance to build great relationships and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
* Prepare and follow up on sales quotes and orders
* Provide product advice and support to customers
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
* Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Metroll's reputation for quality and reliability
About You:
* Previous experience in customer service or internal sales (essential)
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
* Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic
* Competent computer skills (experience with ERP systems desirable)
* Team player with the ability to also work independently
* Positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn
