Overview
Monadelphous is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our Maintenance and Industrial Services Division, supporting on a long-term Fixed Plant Maintenance contract. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive project coordination and planning support, including tasks associated with procurement, subcontractor management, quality assurance, client liaison and reporting.

Responsibilities
* Project coordination and delivery under the Cape Lambert Fixed Plant Maintenance Contract
* Ensuring completion and compliance of isolations & permits
* Scoping, estimating, execution planning and close out of services including some QA/QC and commercial requirements
* Serve as the most senior person onsite over the weekends
* Shutdown Management
* Build and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders
* Champion safety by conducting regular field interactions and audits
What you'll bring
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
* Safety focused individual that leads by example
* Previous project/maintenance/mining related supervision experience preferred
* Strong technical knowledge with an ability to influence scope development and adapt to changing conditions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP to manage assigned works
* Either a relevant trade background or tertiary qualification in engineering
* Completed Schedule 26 training
* Proof of right to work in Australia
