What Your Day-to-Day Could Look LikeAs the Advisor (Document Controller), you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of the New Albion Station project by managing and streamlining document control processes.
Your day might include: Coordinating the review and approval of project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintaining workflows and managing data sources such as Team Binder, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
Ensuring all project documents are securely stored and accessible in line with TMR and Queensland State Record Keeping Policies.
Supporting project teams by providing timely and accurate information, and assisting with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and briefing notes.
Continuously improving document management systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
