This dynamic team supports the operations of our hotels and resorts, ensuring everything works smoothly behind the scenes.We're currently seeking a **hands-on, reliable Maintenance Person** to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. This is a varied, all-rounder role, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, problem-solving, and working across a large, complex hospitality environment.The successful applicant must be flexible to work between across a **24/7-day roster.****What You'll Do*** Completing maintenance tasks as requested by departments and supervisors* Carrying out minor repairs, installations and basic maintenance works* Using the CMMS / Work Order system to manage, prioritise and close tasks in line with operational needs* Identifying potential issues early and escalating matters requiring licensed trades* Working closely with Engineering, Facilities and operational teams to support business continuity* Ensuring all work is performed in line with safety standards, OHS requirements and company policies**About You**You'll be a proactive team player with a practical mindset and strong time management skills. Ideally, you'll bring:* Experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role (minimum 5 years preferred)* General knowledge of Engineering / Building Services and maintenance practices* Ability to organise your day and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment* Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work across multiple departments* Confidence communicating with supervisors, trades and internal stakeholdersQualifications & Licences* Trade qualification desirable but not essentialOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
