About the role: Newly created role as the business has expanded overseas and the product team needs a new team member who thrives in a busy environment managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities: Supporting the Product Manager with a variety of projects including packaging, logistics and returns. Stakeholder management internally and externally - projects will include multiple teams so being able to build relationships is key. Update and maintain product schedule Working on packaging projects with illustrator and Adobe Reviewing complaints and feedback and making plans to fix Be a go-to person in the team to provide support Assisting in product launches, samples and testing. Skills & Experience Experience working in a Retail or FMCG head office environment for a minimum of 2 years Proven experience working on multiple projects at once with the ability to prioritise Excel savvy - able to run Vlookups, Pivot tables etc. Previous experience working with overseas suppliers such as China, Vietnam etc About the company Australian owned retailer with an excellent presence in the homewares sector and expansion into Global markets.
