Gaia is searching for a Housekeeping Manager on a full time basis. In this role, you will lead the team as well as being hands on in delivering an exceptional bespoke service, providing a seamless experience for our guests and maintain meticulous room and public areas standards for our guests to enjoy. Ideally, you’ll have a great personality, love working in a team. You are eager to take initiative, with a can-do attitude and high attention to detail whilst supporting the nurturing, guest centric retreat ethos.
We are looking for an individual who is comfortable both working by themselves and as part of a team, is available for shifts from 7:30am to 2:30pm with at least 1 weekend day required.
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
* 3+ years experience in a similar role (manager or supervisor level)
* Operational excellence to meet guest demand through rosters and collaboration with front office
* Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
* Current Driver’s License essential
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Must be Reliable, Energetic and Enthusiastic
* Be able to work at a quick and consistent pace
