Engineering Tradesperson Role Overview
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of plant maintenance, breakdown services and process improvements to support achievement of plant utilisation and production targets.
* Emphasise a culture of safety and prioritise the safety of yourself and others in all practices.
* Implement proactive maintenance strategies to achieve plant reliability and utilisation through the completion of planned maintenance activities and prompt breakdown services.
* Provide technical expertise to facilitate problem solving and knowledge sharing among team members.
* Identify and communicate cost-effective maintenance and process improvements, and participate in the implementation of these enhancements.
About You:
* We are seeking an individual with a Mechanical Fitting Trade Certificate (Cert III or Cert IV) and relevant work experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and foster collaboration within the team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Highly organised with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
