Seeking experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanics / Diesel Fitters with commercial backgrounds, emergency vehicle experience highly regarded. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of emergency response vehicles and associated equipment, ensuring fleet reliability and operational readiness. There may be requirements to travel and work in rural locations as needed. Key responsibilities include performing preventative and corrective maintenance, fault finding and diagnostics, managing day-to-day workshop tasks, maintaining accurate service records, and ensuring all work is completed in line with safety and compliance standards. Work will primarily involve Rosenbauer 6x6 emergency response vehicles.
