About The Role
Operating within the PSH Faculty of Education & Arts, the Executive Officer (Programs and Communications) supports the faculty's operational and strategic goals through high‐level program coordination and communication strategy development. The officer collaborates with the Director of Strategy and Operations and Deputy Deans to execute effective communication projects, foster strong relationships across teams, and contribute to the professional services hub leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide critical support for the operational and strategic objectives of the Faculty of Education & Arts.
* Lead and deliver communication projects, both internal and external, promoting clear communication across teams.
* Collaborate with senior faculty leaders to develop and execute communication strategies.
* Manage key projects independently while working effectively as part of a national team.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with faculty stakeholders to support faculty initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Candidate must hold Australian work rights; permanent or continuing roles require permanent work rights.
* Experience in program coordination and communication within an academic or higher‐education setting is preferred.
* Strong independent working style combined with the ability to collaborate in a national team.
Benefits
* Total remuneration package valued at $112,625 – $120,977 (pro rata) per annum, including a salary component of $95,170 – $102,227 (pro rata) and employer superannuation contributions.
* 17 % employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed‐term staff.
