With significant growth planned over the next 5 years and beyond they are seeking to develop, design and implement a range of organisation wide strategic HR and OD initiatives to suppor their expansion.
To accelerate this change, we are seeking an Senior HR Projects Advisor to scope, design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen culture, build capability and enable long-term growth.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead and implement strategic HR and organisational development projects from concept to execution. This is not a traditional HR Business Partner position; it’s a high-impact delivery role for a proactive professional with a consulting mindset who thrives on turning strategy into action.
Key Focus Areas
People and Culture Projects -
Leadership and oversight of end-to-end project delivery - including implementation of systems and ways of working
Career & Capability Growth
– Drive career development frameworks, training needs analysis and rollout of digital and traditional learning solutions.
Early Careers Programs -
Build and lead outstanding early careers programs, ensuring graduates and emerging talent are supported, challenged and set up for long term success.
Employee Engagement
– Lead initiatives within the Employee Engagement Action Plan, creating clear project charters and progress reporting.
Talent Program Management
– Introduce and embed new leadership and talent programs from pilot through to full implementation.
Executive Communication
– Prepare high-quality presentations and reports in PowerPoint) for the organisation’s leadership team to communicate project outcomes and drive stakeholder engagement.
Partnering with External Consultants
– Engage with a range of specialist external consultants to scope and support the delivery of projects, ensuring deliverables, budgets and timelines are met and outcomes are succesfully embedded internally.
What We’re Looking For
Extensive HR / P&C project experience, ideally gained in consulting or complex settings such as resources, energy or infrastructure.
Proven program and project management expertise, with proven success in taking projects through scoping to handover and the ability to create structure and clarity in complex, fast-moving environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence in executive-level reporting and presentation.
Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and project management tool proficiency.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisation Development, Business or related discipline.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to mentor and guide internal project teams.
