Key Responsibilities
* Lead and Develop Team Members: Manage, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of customer service and administration professionals to deliver exceptional service and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Streamline Administrative Processes: Ensure consistent execution of administration processes, including procurement, asset management, sales orders, invoicing, credits, and month-end reconciliations.
* Identify and Implement Improvements: Continuously identify risks, opportunities, and solutions to improve service delivery and operational performance.
* Manage Data Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records.
* Drive Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and productivity improvements in administrative and customer service processes.
Requirements
* Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading or supervising customer service and/or administration teams.
* Coaching and Mentoring Skills: Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, particularly during times of change.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Administrative Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage end-of-month administration processes.
* Process Simplification: Proven track record in process simplification and standardisation.
