Job Summary
A pivotal role within our warehouse, the Customer Service Representative ensures a superior experience for customers while maintaining safety and security protocols.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular building inspections to ensure safety and security standards are met.
* Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, offering assistance, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* Monitor access points, report arrival of armored vehicles, and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
* Maintain accurate records, including entry/exit counts, and submit reports to supervisors.
* Operate various equipment and machinery, including computers, printers, scanners, and vehicles.
Requirements:
* Certification or higher from an accredited institution.
* Customer service, sales, membership, cash handling, loss prevention/security experience.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Data entry and management capabilities.
* Familiarity with Google Suite and AS400 systems.
* Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or medical exemption.
* Satisfactory background check for Membership Clerk & Supervisor roles.
