Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience in e-commerce with a proven record of delivering growth.
* Demonstrated experience managing a P&L and achieving commercial targets.
* Strong leadership experience managing and developing large teams.
* Deep understanding of key levers that drive online performance, including CRM and customer engagement.
