The Lead Integrity role at Olympic Dam is responsible for providing technical support and sustainable solutions for the broader operations and engineering community.
This role ensures compliance to all relevant Australian standards and regulatory requirements, while applying engineering principles, tools, and techniques to identify and prioritise major risks to safety or production loss/high-cost contributors for the process plant equipment across Olympic Dam operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Leading, coaching, and supporting the integrity team to optimise maintenance strategies for critical equipment and improve plant integrity.
* Demonstrating a commitment to safety by actively engaging in time in field and field leadership.
* Building and maintaining internal and external relationships with execution and functional teams through embedded operational routines and understanding the voice of the customer.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Mechatronic Engineering, demonstrated background in reliability or asset integrity engineering, previous experience leading teams, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to finding practical solutions.
