Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in/check-out
* Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
* Manage reservations and daily guest transactions accurately
* Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional front desk environment
* Participate in training and team meetings
