About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to join our team.
Key Duties will include:
* Onsite supervision & coordination of blind and curtain installations
* Measuring and ordering for window treatments
* Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance, quality, and safety
* Coordinating with trades onsite to ensure timely installation
* Leading and mentoring installers, subcontractors, and onsite teams
* Acting as the point of contact for onsite problem solving and issue resolution
* Office-based coordination with project coordinators, architects, suppliers, and clients
* Facilitating regular meetings to align project objectives
* Ensuring all installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and client expectations
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who:
Essential
* Has proven experience in construction site supervision or project coordination
* Possesses strong knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and quality control
* Can read and interpret technical drawings and plans
* Has excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Is proficient in construction management software (e.g., ACONEX, PROCORE, HAMMERTECH) and MS Office
Desirable
* Previous experience in the window furnishings industry or a hands-on background in installation and/or carpentry
* Relevant qualifications in Safety Management and/or Construction Supervision
