In your new role as Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you'll lead a dedicated team and ensure all housekeeping operations reflect Silk's high standards of excellence.
What You'll Do:
* Support and supervise the housekeeping team in maintaining 5-star room and public area standards
* Step into the Executive Housekeeper's role during their rostered days off, leading the department with confidence
* Assist with staff onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance management
* Conduct regular room and public area inspections to maintain brand standards
* Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in a housekeeping leadership role at a 4- or 5-star hotel
* Ability to lead, motivate, and delegate across a large team
* Excellent attention to detail and high presentation standards
* A professional, hands-on approach with a guest-first attitude
