Crisdale Recruitment Group are partnering with a leading landscape design & construct studio delivering high-quality commercial, public realm and bespoke residential projects across WA, with a strong pipeline of secured work. Working closely with the Managing Director and broader team, you’ll play a key role in leading projects from concept through to construction. The team prides itself on being collaborative, down-to-earth and supportive, with a strong emphasis on delivering outcomes, not just drawings, and maintaining long-term client relationships. This role is suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, being involved across both design and delivery, and working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to achieve high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Leading projects from concept design through to documentation and construction delivery Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact Coordinating consultants, contractors and internal teams Overseeing project timelines, budgets and delivery outcomes Contributing to fee proposals, project planning and commercial performance Mentoring and supporting junior team members Collaborating closely with internal construction/delivery teams to ensure design intent is realised. You’ll work across a diverse range of projects including commercial and mixed-use developments, public realm and streetscape work, and high-end residential landscapes, with a strong emphasis on design quality and practical delivery. About You To succeed in this role, you will typically have: A degree in Landscape Architecture Strong capability across design, documentation and project delivery Experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholders A solid understanding of construction methods and local approval processes Commercial awareness including budgeting and project coordination Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite You’ll be comfortable leading projects with a level of autonomy, supporting a small team, and contributing to a positive and collaborative studio culture.
