About the Role:
* Implement engineering strategies to optimize plant and equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, reduce downtime, and provide technical support during shifts.
* Develop and conduct preventative maintenance plans, perform planned maintenance, manage spare parts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
* Collaborate effectively with teams, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and actively participate in change management and site improvement strategies.
