Job Role: We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our Sydney Public Law team, specializing in Administrative law.
About the Role:
* Review and summarize evidence and statements of issues.
* Assist and attend case conferences and hearings.
* Conduct directions hearings.
* Develop litigation strategies.
* Provide complex statutory interpretation advice.
Key Requirements: Approximately 2+ years post-qualification experience, preferably with government advisory work background and a strong interest in administrative law and statutory interpretation.
