Key responsibilities
* Manage a well-structured portfolio as the main point of contact for renters and rental providers.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and expert advice.
* Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, compliance, and portfolio performance.
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve outstanding results.
About you
* Experience in property management (preferred).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Team-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Current Victorian Driver's Licence and National Police Check.
