Our client specialises in all aspects of commercial & industrial construction and is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join their friendly team.
Reporting to the maintenance manager, the role will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of the maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating all maintenance workers;
Schedule the Maintenance team to ensure a high level of performance in terms of time, safety, quality and compliance
Project day to day scheduling including forecasting workloads up to 4 weeks ahead across multiple clients
Ability to provide prompt customer service to all maintenance requests
Ensure customers are kept informed of schedule changes
Build positive relationships with Clients, Trades & Suppliers
Drafting and amending documents as required
Sourcing and ordering materials and monitoring deliveries
General Office duties (filing, photocopying, scanning, printing of plans)
Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent telephone manner, well-spoken and well presented
Positive and qualified personality, punctuality and reliability
Building and construction industry background & knowledge preferred, but not essential
