Your Responsibilities
As Key AccountManager, you will create a world-class experience for users, fueling a sense of belonging, nourishment, and excitement through a market-leading food program within a high-profile technology environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the delivery of a premium daily corporate food program that consistently exceeds client expectations
* Partnering with key client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver Restaurant Associates standards
* Collaborating with Restaurant Associates teams locally and internationally to ensure seamless service aligned to a global contract
* Maintaining strong commercial and contractual compliance, including performance targets and KPIs
* Driving a strong safety culture with a particular focus on food safety and workplace health and safety
* Leading, developing, and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and achieve daily goals
* Establishing and monitoring quality customer service practices
* Managing food, labor, and operational costs within budget
* Working in partnership with the client and external vendors to deliver innovative, customised events
* Implementing sustainable practices across operations
