What we look for
* A tertiary degree in multimedia or graphic design, communications or related field
* A minimum of 5+ years experience working in an agency, as a freelancer or in-house designer (preferred) in multinational context; ideally in construction/ plumbing industry having a basic understanding of our product range.
* Comfortable in a lead role on brand projects as well as liaising with stakeholders across different countries in the Asia Pacific region
* A proactive and creative problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, effective feedback as well as get buy-in from stakeholders
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment but also independently without detailed supervision
* Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
* Strong experience in video editing, including the use of Adobe Premiere Pro
* Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, with proven ability to design professional, high-impact sales presentations and presentation templates
* Adobe Express for creating digital and social media content, including short-form videos for corporate and marketing channels
* Working knowledge of Canva to support efficient production of on-brand marketing materials
* Photography and image editing skills needed
* Familiarity with corporate brand guidelines and marketing workflows
