We are partnering with a leading national insurance team recognised for acting for insurers, freight forwarders, corporates and government authorities across the transport and trade sectors. The group is known for its technical expertise and its involvement in high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes.
The Role
You will act on a diverse range of transport and trade-related matters, including cargo recoveries, coverage disputes, indemnity issues, liability claims, and subrogated property matters. The role offers hands-on responsibility across litigation and advisory work, allowing you to manage files, appear in court, prepare evidence, draft key documents, liaise with stakeholders and provide timely, commercial advice to clients. You will also work closely with senior members of the team and benefit from ongoing mentorship and development opportunities.
About You
You will ideally have 2
–5 years' post-admission experience
, with exposure to: transport, trade, marine, aviation or logistics claims; subrogated recoveries; liability assessments; and policy coverage matters. Candidates with
general litigation
or
property liability experience
will also be considered. You bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proactive, client-focused approach. This role suits someone who enjoys technical work, fast-paced matters and being part of a supportive, high-performing team.
