About the Role
As a Cabinet Maker/Joiner, you'll play a crucial role in our production team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Interpreting technical drawings to execute projects with precision.
* Utilising a variety of tools and machines, including saws, routers, and drills, to cut, shape, and assemble components.
* Collaborating effectively with team members and managers to meet project deadlines and maintain our high-quality standards.
* Maintaining a safe and organised working environment, adhering strictly to health and safety guidelines.
* The role is full-time
Skills & Experience We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A qualification in Cabinetmaking/Joinery or significant relevant experience
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
* The ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Strong organisational skills and a reputation for reliability.
* Excellent communication skills.
* The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
