The Role & Purpose: The purpose of this role is to support the Marketing Plan through practical digital enhancements and automated customer journeys. You will report to the Head of Marketing. You will support and optimise core marketing technology, primarily CRM (Salesforce) and secondarily CMS (Craft). Strong Salesforce capability is essential and will support your ability to work with and develop knowledge of Craft. Being a marketing technology specialist with strong project management capability, you will also implement platform improvements. You will support measurable marketing performance and optimise customer journeys. Whilst performing day‑to‑day maintenance, you will be coordinating with the company’s digital agency for more complex web requirements. Overall, you will be contributing to the platform roadmap by delivering enhancements and applying data-led improvements that drive brand, demand and sales outcomes. Key Responsibilities Marketing Automation: production, publishing and performance including: Salesforce setup: Configure Salesforce to support automated lead qualification and nurture through lead scoring, workflows and campaign automation. Salesforce upgrade: Support the upgrade from Salesforce Account Engagement to Marketing Cloud, including integration with internal systems and Framework. Database cleaning: Manage database hygiene by identifying inactive contacts and implementing lead scoring and automated opt-out processes. Automated lead qualification and nurture: Build and optimise automated lead qualification and nurture journeys that deliver tailored content across channels. CRM (Salesforce) ownership – maintenance, optimisation and improvement: Data integrity: Maintain accurate and reliable CRM data through standards, validation rules and routine quality checks. Segmentation and reporting: Develop segmentation models, dashboards and reports to support targeted marketing and performance tracking. Automated journeys: Design and optimise automated nurture journeys using behavioural triggers and multi-channel communication. Campaign enablement: Support digital campaigns by building forms, landing pages, workflows and campaign configurations. Website (Craft) ownership: maintenance, modification, maximisation including: Content maintenance: Update website content, pages and navigation to ensure accuracy, consistency and timely publishing. Campaign execution: Build campaign assets in the CMS and implement tracking aligned with CRM workflows. Agency coordination: Brief and manage the digital agency on complex updates, ensuring work is delivered on time and meets quality standards. Performance and QA: Monitor website performance, test updates, resolve issues and implement improvements to enhance usability and conversion. About You You can undertake: Lead scoring: Configure, refine and maintain lead scoring models. Progressively profile: Design and implement progressive profiling tactics. Automate customer journeys: Build and optimise journeys across multiple triggers and channels. CMS content updates: Perform content updates within a CMS. Forms and landing pages: Build forms, landing pages and tracking structures. Project management: Manage priorities, coordinate with agencies, document requirements and deliver enhancements. Qualifications & Proficiencies 5 years’ experience working in CRM Management Required proficiency: High-level capability in Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud with hands-on experience. Automation experience: Demonstrated experience building automated customer journeys, email programs and data ‑ driven workflows. Degree (desirable not essential) - Bachelor of Marketing or Bachelor of IT with experience in Salesforce and a strong interest in marketing. How to Apply: Interested?
