Purpose of the Role
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the friendly face and warm welcome that sets the tone for our guests' entire stay. Your responsibilities include ensuring every guest feels like a VIP from check-in to check-out, communicating effectively with guests and colleagues, conquering challenges alongside guests, promoting hotel amenities and services, sharing information on neighbourhood hotspots, and displaying proficiency in handling reservations and managing guest accounts.
Main Responsibilities
* Roll out exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued.
* Confidently communicate with guests and colleagues to ensure cohesive collaboration.
* Transform challenges into success stories by working closely with guests.
* Promote hotel amenities and services by having a deep understanding of products and offerings.
* Share knowledge of local neighbourhood hotspots and must-visit gems.
* Accurately handle reservations and manage guest accounts.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is highly desirable.
* An innovative approach to exceeding customer service expectations is essential.
* You should be skilled at collaborating within teams and working independently.
* A proven ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, supported by strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is required.
* You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
