Community Ambassador Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Community Ambassador. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and prospects, providing exceptional service and support across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage front-of-house operations, including package management, suite bookings, lift scheduling, and resident inquiries.
* Support resident engagement through event planning, communication, and maintaining local knowledge.
* Maintain shared spaces, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
* Assist with administrative tasks, including CRM updates, reporting, compliance, and leasing support.
Requirements:
* Experience in customer-facing roles, such as hospitality, accommodation, or real estate.
* Excellent service and communication skills, with a proactive approach.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
* Proficiency in email, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital tools.
* Cultural awareness and ability to connect with diverse communities.
* A valid driver's license and eligibility for background checks.
