Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality certification services.
This role will involve working closely with our clients to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards, and providing expert advice on building surveying matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Assessing construction, occupation, and complying development certificates.
* Providing approvals for plumbing and drainage under local government regulations.
* Processing development applications.
As a key member of our team, you will also carry out critical stage inspections and plumbing and drainage inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be eligible for registration as a Building Surveyor – Restricted (Class 1 & 10 buildings) and possess a sound working knowledge of NSW planning legislation and the Building Code of Australia.
