What you will enjoy doing
* You will be achieving and exceeding sales and profit growth targets
* Managing a portfolio of large industrial customers, including national customer sites
* Retain and grow the gas and welding equipment business within your managed portfolio
* Win new and competitor gas and welding equipment business within your Region
* Lead generation and opportunity pipeline management
* Sign new and existing customers to supply and service agreements
* Capture competitor activities and market trends within your Region
* Work with local industry bodies to represent and grow BOC's position within the community and industry
* Deliver customer training and product demonstrations
What makes you great
* Demonstrable business development and account management experience (industrial industry sales is an advantage)
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Understanding of price and profitability management
* Proven experience working autonomously and independently
* Strong relationship management skills and customer focus
* Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
