About Us:
We are a busy, client-focused psychology practice offering high-quality mental health care in a professional and compassionate environment. Our reception team plays a vital role in supporting our psychologists and ensuring a calm, welcoming space for our clients.
In this role, you'll:
* Manage bookings and client communications
* Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients
* Process payments and issue invoices
* Maintain client records and assist with general admin duties
* Support a calm and confidential environment for all who walk through our doors
We're looking for someone who is:
* Warm and professional
* A clear and confident communicator
* Tech-savvy and able to multitask
* Respectful of confidentiality and sensitive to client needs
* Ideally available 2–3 weekdays
Bonus points if you:
* Are currently studying psychology or a related field
* Are interested in gaining exposure to private practice operations
* Have aspirations to work in mental health or allied health
