Caring Health Professionals is an NDIS Health care provider based in Campbelltown, New South Wales.
We are looking for Support Workers.
Your duties will include:
* Delivering personalised support in a group home setting.
* Providing in-home support by assisting clients at mealtimes, with personal care, and administering medication.
* Assisting with domestic duties around the home.
* Supporting clients in engaging and participating in their community.
* Socialise and build positive, happy relationships with our clients.
* Managing participants with behavioural support needs.
Requirements:
* Driver's License
* Cert III/ Cert IV in Disability
* A valid Working With Children Check is required
* A National Police Check without convictions.
* First Aid and CPR Certificate.
* Applicant must be a citizen
* Must have experience Special mental health, manual handling
* Have worked with people in wheelchair
* Have experience in showering & grooming
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour
