Role: Client Success Partner – AD Group VIC
Reporting to: VIC Sales Manager
Hours of work: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Over the last 11 years AD Group has become Australia's preferred property platform and software company in the off-the-plan apartment, townhouse and house & land sectors. We've been steadily growing our presence in VIC, NSW and QLD. We're looking for our new Client Success Partner to accelerate further growth in VIC.
Via astonishingly excellent customer service, strategic project advertising methods and tech innovation, our goal is to continue to cement AD Group as the clear market leader, and must-have partner, in the brand new home marketing industry.
What you'll mostly be doing:
* Learning the lay of the land. Who is developing, marketing, selling and building each project. We are acutely aware of each of our customer's (and even their clients') business needs and objectives
* Working as a unit alongside the VIC Sales Manager to hit our revenue targets via new business development, customer retention and campaign optimisation
* Flexing your campaign management skills via the on-boarding and updating of projects on our three platforms: Apartments&Developments, Development ID and Showcase
* Reporting on these project campaigns directly with our clients
* Formalising and issuing booking agreements and planners to customers
* Attending client meetings to nurture relationships, brainstorm strategies, and present solutions
* Closely monitoring the industry for new business opportunities to grow our market share
* Offering your opinion on new product development, and the enhancement of existing solutions
* Collating client feedback and formulating ideas for campaign process improvements
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded

* You notice, value and understand the importance of exemplary customer service - maybe you even worked in hospitality or customer support in a past life?
* You're eager to collaborate with, and learn from, other departments to enhance the overall client experience.
* You consider yourself an excellent communicator - in person, over the phone, VC, carrier pigeon, email, you name it.
* You're comfortable with tech and know, or could fairly easily figure out, your way around a dashboard.
* You may have knowledge of the property and marketing industry - we'd see this as helpful, though not essential.
* As a bonus: you really like the word optimise. Just because we currently do something one way, doesn't mean it can't be improved. We love fresh eyes and new ideas.
