We're looking for an Associate Director, Planning who's ready to lead, inspire, and make a lasting impact.
Our Queensland planning team is entering an existing growth phase as we expand into new sectors and services. This role provides the opportunity for a mid‐career planner looking to take the next step in their career. You will be part of our Queensland leadership team, blending business strategy and project delivery. What You'll Do
* Lead and deliver diverse urban and land development projects across sectors.
* Drive client engagement and contribute to business growth.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.
* Mentor junior staff and foster a high‐performance culture.
* Navigate planning frameworks and deliver strategic, future‐focused outcomes.
Qualifications
* A degree in Planning or a related field.
* 5–8 years of experience in statutory urban planning (consulting or government).
* Excellent communication, project management, and writing skills.
* A passion for shaping better places and delivering real‐world impact.
* Experience in residential, commercial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects (a plus).
