**Job Title**: Supply Centre Specialist
**Reports to**: Head of Digital Commerce
**Position Location: Scoresby, Melbourne**
**How will you make an impact?**
This position is responsible for the management of the Supply Center channel in Australasia. To ensure Supply Centers are running efficiently and effectively for continued annual revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Achieve annual revenue & growth target within the Supply Centre channel of $3M+ contributing to the overall digital commerce revenue targets.
- Partner with sales, marketing and e-business to develop the go-to-market strategy and value proposition of Supply Centers
- Ensure Supply Centres are optimised to the current needs of the researchers within their respective institutes. Achieve this through health checks and optimisations throughout the year.
- Explore and implement Supply Center strategy for new customer verticals with an expansion of products from across all business groups within the company
- Deliver and maintain unparalleled service, working with relevant departments to accelerate the customer experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all Supply Centre key contacts and hosts
- Record all activity within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Manage & maintain Supply Centre assets through good record keeping and working with relevant teams when the units require maintenance.
- Communicate optimally with customers and employees, partnering for phenomenal results
- Liaise with the global marketing team to roll out global campaigns in ANZ. Develop and run small marketing campaign locally if required.
- Report back on Supply Centres metrics at regular review meetings
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role
- Tertiary qualifications in Science or related degree preferred
- Excellent digital literacy, the ability to learn new concepts and packages as the need arises.
- Ability to remain professional and composed when presented with complicated circumstances.
- Strong results focus and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to achieve results
